CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEWÂ ADULT (18+) CLIENTS FOR INDIVIDUAL THERAPY, COUPLES THERAPY, & REIKI HEALING.
I am passionate about Women's Mental Health and providing counselling for 2SLGBTQ+ folx in a safe, inclusive space.
I believe that there is power in sharing our energy, telling our stories, connecting to nature, sharing space, shedding tears and even laughter. There is also healing power in reconnecting to ourselves.

My approach is feminist and person-centred. I utilize CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy to support understanding the stories of self and patterns that are both helpful and challenging, creating space where clients can choose to re-author all or part of their personal narrative, and feel empowered to make change that supports their well-being.
